What can I do if I forget my password for Calculator Lock?

How does the Calculator Lock work?
Complete the onboarding, set password, set recovery (optional), add your files and we’ll lock them up behind a calculator?

Can I see who has tried to access my Calculator x Vault?
You can turn on “Intruder Selfie” which is available on the Settings Tab and next time someone tries to do any calculations, you’ll see the person who tried to unlock’s photo.

How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings or Paywall, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

How do I report a bug?
Please contact us with your app name, device model, iOS version, and a screenshot if possible.

How can I request data deletion?
Email us at support@ss-media.co with the app name and your request.
